For this month, the challenge I am providing you is all about toning. I am going to be focusing on toning your arms, your abs, and your legs, so get ready to feel super sculpted and strong.
These home workouts are all easy to follow, and to get the best results, I am giving you bodyweight strength moves. This way, we will increase your muscle mass but at the same time look after your joint health, so we get the best of both worlds.
I am suggesting you do a toning workout in the morning, and we alternate from one day it’s arms, then the next it’s legs, followed by abs.
So it is a beautifully balanced plan. I am also suggesting an optional quick, home-based cardio workout that you can also do later in the day or straight after your toning.
