  1. hi Lucy, I can’t decide which plan would be best for me. I’m 18 years old and lost 5kg since november with healthy eating. But now I wanna combine this with workouts. I’m not skinny and not chubby either. I want to lose fat all around my body, especially my tummy. and tone my butt a little bit. Do you think this would be the right plan for me or do you have other suggestions?

    I have lost over 23kg using your online workouts since having my second baby.

    First of all i am big fan of yours , as i can see in video in diet plan you have mentioned red kidney bean but i am vegetarian please help me for the same.

    • Hi Shilpa,
      Just to let you know a Kidney Bean is vegetarian as it is simply a bean (pulse) so if you do not like this you can swap with either chickpeas or butter beans. Lucy xx

    Having struggled with my weight for many years I decided to give this plan a try. Its brilliant, I have lost several inches off my waist and hips! my stomach is shrinking too!
