  1. I fell in love with Lucy’s YouTube workouts about 2 years ago and I love following her monthly free challenges. Since Lucy offers so many free products, I wanted to support her by purchasing something from her website. I decided to purchase this 21 Day Walking Plan, not knowing what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised by how comprehensive this 21 day program is!!! This program is so complete with everything from an eating plan (with recipes), workout guide and a wealth of information about the benefits of walking! I love Lucy’s approach to fitness because her workouts are enjoyable and she believes in using bodyweight exercises for strength training. I don’t like having to spend money on workout equipment, so Lucy’s workouts are perfect for me. I love this program so much, when I’m done with the 21 days, I will purchase Lucy’s personal training program.
